Bank Audit

We have been regularly allotted Statutory Audits of various Banks by the Reserve Bank of India and we also deal with Concurrent / Revenue / Information System Audits of  Banks.

Audit of Government Undertakings

 We have a vast and indepth knowledge pertaining to Financial Audit, Project Audit, Special Audit, Pre-Audit of the various Government Undertakings/Organizations and presently we have many assignments with us.

 We have also been appointed as Statutory Auditor of various Government companies such as National Textile Corporation (Gujarat) Ltd., New India Assurance Co. Ltd., National Insurance Co. Ltd. by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.

 The Company is empanelled with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India since last 8 years and regularly audits are allotted to us.

Investigation Audit

The firm has been empanelled by the Income Tax Department and has conducted various special audits under Section 142(2A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and carried out various assignments involving investigation/detection of the fraud on behalf of various Government Agencies/Organization and founder partner Mr. Gyan Pipara is appointed as a Consulting Officer by the Government of Gujarat, to Economic Offence Wing of CID Crime, Gujarat State.
