Appellate Representation

Pipara & Co. considers Appellate Representation as one of its core competencies. We have been representing our clients at ITAT, CIT – Appeals and for Scrutiny – Assessment proceedings since the very inception.

We at Pipara & Co. understand the importance and seriousness of legal litigations and the fact that different skill sets are required at different cases. So much so that we have 4 different teams, all headed by Chartered Accountants, for different functions within Appellate Representation to head each function. Our teams are classified into the following function based categories:
